About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales & Retention Manager with a strong background in the travel industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building high-value customer relationships, improving customer retention, and leading sales/retention initiatives to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales revenue and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and repeat business.

• Manage and nurture relationships with high-value and existing customers.

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across travel products and services.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and retention team to deliver consistent performance.

• Monitor sales funnels, conversion rates, customer retention, and revenue metrics.

• Work closely with operations, product, and customer experience teams to improve the overall customer journey.

• Analyse customer behaviour and market trends to identify new business opportunities.

• Handle key customer escalations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Prepare and present sales and retention performance reports to senior management.

• Build processes and best practices to improve team productivity and customer lifetime value.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales, retention, customer success, or business development.

• Mandatory experience in the travel/tourism industry.

• Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.

• Strong understanding of customer retention, repeat sales, and upselling strategies.

• Experience managing and mentoring sales teams.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Strong ownership mindset with a focus on revenue and customer experience.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 5 - 6+ years Experience.
