Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team at Chinar Park Location. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹12000 - ₹30000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new clients for digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Performance Campaigns).

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Prepare customized proposals and presentations for clients.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to discover new opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline, and performance reports.

Job Requirements:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development (preferably in a digital marketing agency).

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads & other digital marketing channels.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.

  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

  • Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.
