Graduation in any stream (MBA preferred)
2+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales
Experience in B2B / B2C sales (as per company requirement)
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records in CRM.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
