Collaboration with Lead Generation Teams
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless handover of leads.
Provide feedback on lead quality and conversion trends for strategic improvement.
CRM & Sales Pipeline Management
Maintain updated records of all client interactions, proposals, and deal stages in the CRM system.
Track and report on sales pipeline performance.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor closure rates, deal value, and client satisfaction levels.
Share insights with management for continuous sales process enhancement.
