Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The role focuses on generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and coordinating customer visits. This position does not include any sales targets and is focused on business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce company services
• Generate at least 3 qualified leads per day
• Schedule and manage 10–15 client visits per month
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers
• Maintain records of leads, calls, and meetings
• Coordinate with the internal team for follow-ups and client requirements
Requirements:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of customer handling and lead generation
• Ability to manage client interactions professionally
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Note:
This role focuses on lead generation and client relationship building. There is no sales target for this position.
