Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads
Present and explain insurance and global investment solutions
Schedule client meetings and support conversion of qualified prospects
Maintain accurate call records, client notes, and follow-up schedules
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Candidate Profile:
Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, insurance, or financial services preferred
Target-driven, professional, and result-oriented
Comfortable working in a performance-based sales environment
