About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic outreach and consultative selling.

Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and market research
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Understand client needs and present tailored solutions to meet their business objectives
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure client satisfaction
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools
Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
1years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
