Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to company growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills with a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and referrals.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.

  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely project delivery.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM software.

  • Attend business meetings, trade shows, and networking events as required.

  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Lead generation and client acquisition.

  • Relationship management.

  • Time management and organizational skills.

  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.

  • Knowledge of digital marketing and sales strategies is an advantage.
