Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Business Development Executive who can generate leads, pitch our digital services (WhatsApp Business API, CRM, Marketing Tools, etc.), and close deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through social media, calls, and email marketing.

• Handle inbound/outbound sales inquiries.

• Give online product demos to clients.

• Maintain client relationships and follow up for renewals or upsells.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Excellent verbal & written communication (Hindi & English preferred).

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of WhatsApp Business API / SaaS / CRM / Digital Marketing tools (preferred).

• Basic computer & CRM usage knowledge.

• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.

Education

• Graduate (Any stream). MBA/Marketing background preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Incentives (Based on Experience & Skills).
