Job Summary
The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients, and contributing to revenue growth. The role involves understanding customer requirements, presenting the company's products or services, negotiating commercial terms, and achieving sales targets.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
· Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online channels.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
· Present products/services, prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and achieve sales targets.
· Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
· Coordinate with internal teams and maintain accurate sales reports and CRM records.
· Provide post-sales support by following up on orders, payments, and ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
· MBA in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage.
· Freshers with strong communication skills or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development may apply.
· 1–3 years of experience in tele-sales.
