Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Department: Sales & Business Development
Location: Kolkata
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Experience: 0–2 Years

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and contribute to the company's growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strong passion for sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, emails, social media, and networking.
Generate and qualify leads to achieve sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
Schedule and attend client meetings (virtual and physical).
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.

Educational Qualification

Graduate in any discipline.
MBA/PGDM (Marketing) will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Fresher or candidates with up to 2 years of sales/business development experience.
Comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
