Position Details

• Role: Business Development Executive (BDE)

• Gender Preference: Female candidates preferred

• Experience: 2–3 years

• Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai

• Salary Budget: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Qualification

• MBA (Marketing / Sales / Business Management preferred)

• Candidates with strong sales exposure and relevant experience will be prioritized

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, meetings, and networking

• Generate leads and convert prospects into clients

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions

• Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

• Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments

Skills & Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written)

• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills

• Proven experience in B2B / B2C sales or business development

• Ability to handle client meetings and presentations confidently

• Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage

• Female candidates with 2–3 years of relevant sales or business development experience

• MBA-qualified professionals

• Candidates based in or near Ghatkopar, Mumbai

• Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred
