This position involves managing both inbound and outbound communication, performing cold calls to attract new clients, and checking in with current customers to maintain a strong connection with them. The role offers ₹8000 - ₹15000 in a supportive and dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide information to customers on our products/services to generate interest.
Follow a script to engage with customers to improve the chance of closing sales.

Job Requirements:

The candidate should bring 0.5 - 1 years of experience and demonstrate proficiency in any language. Handle customer issues, provide needed information, and escalate when necessary. A 12th Pass is required, with a commitment to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
