Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our market presence. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and closing deals through direct, in-person interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, networking, and market research
Generate leads and convert them into successful sales
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
Conduct in-person product presentations and explain company offerings to potential clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and client servicing
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
Analyze market trends and monitor competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduation in any stream (MBA preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Basic understanding of sales and business development processes
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Preferred Skills:
Experience in B2B/B2C sales
Knowledge of the e-commerce industry
Prior experience in lead generation and client handling
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
