Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, promoting company services, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and other sales activities.

- Connect with potential clients to understand their business requirements.

- Explain and promote company products and services effectively.

- Convert leads and prospects into paying customers.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM system.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

- Meet daily productivity and talk-time requirements as defined by the company.

- Participate in team meetings, sales reviews, and training sessions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Graduate or undergraduate candidates may apply, depending on company requirements.

- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.

- Good negotiation and client-handling abilities.
