Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing B2B clients.

• Identify potential customers, dealers, and distributors to expand market reach.

• Present and promote company products to potential buyers through in-person meetings, phone calls, and online platforms.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales.

• Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for smooth order fulfillment.

• Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and new product developments.

• Attend trade fairs and exhibitions to represent the company when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales / marketing / wholesale trading (experience in imported or household products preferred).

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to build lasting customer relationships and handle client queries confidently.

• Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Marathi.

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Business, Email).

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel locally for client visits.

Education:

• Minimum HSC / Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: Commerce or Marketing background).
