Job Description

We are hiring a Business Development Executive – Financial Services / Stock Market Solutions. At Uttam Financial Services, we help individuals and investors unlock the power of the stock market through expert-driven financial services, real-time trading insights, and portfolio management tools. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about finance, enjoy sales, and want to grow in a high-performance, target-driven environment. Freshers with a strong interest in the stock market are welcome.

Responsibilities:

Proactively contact leads via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp

Generate and convert leads into clients

Pitch financial services, trading tools, and stock market platforms confidently

Educate prospects about stock market strategies, tools, and risk awareness

Handle client queries and build long-term client relationships

Maintain and grow the sales pipeline using CRM tools

Work closely with research and support teams to ensure client satisfaction

Meet or exceed monthly sales and conversion targets

Requirements:

Strong interest in stock market and financial products

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Confidence in speaking with clients about investments and risk

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment

Self-motivated, organized, and result-oriented attitude

Basic computer and CRM knowledge

Experience: 0–1 year

Freshers with strong interest in finance are welcome

(Bonus) Experience in financial sales, broking, or investment advisory
