JOB TITLE: Business Development Executive

DIVISION/ FUNCTION: Inside Sales/Field executives

REPORTS TO: Team leader

POSTION OBJECTIVE

“Seeking a skilled property management professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a

demonstrated ability to maintain tenant satisfaction, and drive profitability”

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES -

➢ Managing tenant relationships, on call. Handling Leasing and rent collection and optimizing

property profitability.

➢ The role also involves resolving tenant issues, coordinating with vendors and contractors &

maintaining compliance with regulations and policies.

➢ Interact with client’s via-calls and emails at initial stage. Make sales pitch to

customers by understanding their needs and requirements.

➢ Person must able to do 70 to 100 calls per day.

➢ Research, contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

➢ Maintain an accurate and ongoing sales pipeline. Proactively develop opportunities to sell

products & solutions to prospective clients.

JOB REQUIREMENTS -

EDUCATION: Any Freshers/Graduates/Postgraduates with Perfect skill set.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: 0-3 years of experience in sales /Freshers can also apply.

LANGUAGE ABILITY: Telugu, English Mandatory, Kannada & Hindi will be an added advantage.

SALARY AND COMPENSATION: 20000 to 25000 Per month as basic pay, you can earn up to 4 LPA, Based on performance incentives will be added.
