Business Development Executive

We are hiring Business Development Executives for our office located in Ashok Vihar Colony, Lucknow. This is a full-time contract-based on-site role where candidates will handle lead generation, client interaction, and business growth activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company services

• Generate leads and follow up with interested prospects

• Maintain good relationships with clients to support business growth

• Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions

• Maintain daily reports and update CRM/data sheets

• Work with the sales team to achieve monthly targets

Requirements

• Good communication skills (Hindi required; basic English preferred)
