Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Call prospective students and parents from provided leads.
Explain courses, batches, fees, and admission process.
Follow up regularly with interested candidates.
Maintain lead records in Excel/CRM.
Handle WhatsApp and basic email communication.
Coordinate with faculty and management for admissions.
Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
Resolve basic student queries professionally.

Required Skills

Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi.
Basic computer knowledge.
Confident speaking and convincing ability.
Polite and professional behaviour.
Experience in telecalling or counselling preferred.
