Job Title: Business Development Executive
Experience: 0–1 year (fresh graduates welcome)
Location: Kandivali, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
✅ Key Responsibilities
• Identify and reach out to potential clients ( international markets) — through calls, emails, outreach, networking & online lead generation.
• Present company services to clients — prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches, quotations or proposals as per client requirements.
• Support senior sales / business‑development team in preparing proposals, follow-ups, documentation, and maintaining communication with clients.
• Generate new business leads and contribute to building a healthy sales pipeline (cold‑calls / client outreach / lead nurturing).
• Maintain customer and lead records (CRM / spreadsheet), track communication, follow‑ups, and update status for management.
• Work towards meeting assigned sales targets — monthly / quarterly targets, as defined by management.
• Communicate with clients professionally — clarify queries, handle objections, negotiate basic terms, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery / service.
