• Maintain accurate lead data and progress updates in CRM software.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales/conversion targets.

• Prepare periodic sales and performance reports for management.

• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
