Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will play a key part in our sales process by connecting with potential clients, explaining the value of our CRM platform, scheduling demos, and supporting new client onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and assist with product demos of the SYSBI platform, support the conversion process.

• Maintain accurate records in the CRM: call logs, demo-ready leads, follow-ups, conversions.

• Demonstrate excellent communication and persuasive skills to effectively pitch and position the SYSBI platform.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance lead generation and conversion strategies.

• Understand and communicate product features, value propositions and benefits clearly to potential customers.

• Continuously build knowledge of the SaaS market, competitor offerings and our positioning.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong sales pitch and negotiation abilities; ability to sell and handle objections.

• Basic marketing knowledge is a plus.

• Comfortable working with high-volume calling targets and meeting deadlines.

• Proficient with CRM tools and maintaining accurate records.

• Self-motivated, proactive, target-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
