Key Responsibilities:
Franchise Sales & Expansion:
Promote and sell franchise opportunities to potential clients across India, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and thoroughly.
Software Solutions Promotion:
Educate potential and existing clients about the benefits of our software, which simplifies the management of pharmacy businesses.
Client Communication & Support:
Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy owners. Respond to client queries, offer product demonstrations, and resolve any doubts related to our offerings.
Business Growth:
Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the team to drive sales, increase market penetration, and expand our presence in the local and national market.
Client Retention: Help pharmacy owners increase customer retention by up to 5X by promoting business growth through our software and franchise services.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activity, and business development efforts. Prepare regular reports for management.
