Key features include GST filing, order management, patient prescription management, expense tracking, and distributor connections. Client Communication & Support: Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy owners. Respond to client queries, offer product demonstrations, and resolve any doubts related to our offerings. Business Growth: Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the team to drive sales, increase market penetration, and expand our presence in the local and national market. Client Retention: Help pharmacy owners increase customer retention by up to 5X by promoting business growth through our software and franchise services. Promotional Efforts: Assist in promoting business offerings through local marketing efforts, including online and offline channels. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activity, and business development efforts. Prepare regular reports for management.
