💼 About the Role:

This is a desk-based role where you will work on already-generated leads. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, follow up regularly, and convert leads into successful business opportunities.

📌 Roles & Responsibilities

• Contact customers from the leads provided by the company.

• Explain our products/services to potential customers.

• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.

• Follow up with interested customers through calls and other communication channels.

• Maintain regular communication with prospective clients.

• Convert qualified leads into customers.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

• Coordinate with the internal team for further processing of confirmed customers.

• Achieve assigned monthly targets.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
