Job Description
Ss Rana Tour And Travels is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Business Development Executive to join our growing travel sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling both Domestic and International travel inquiries, understanding client requirements, and providing customized travel solutions.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, strong sales abilities, and experience in travel package sales.
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle domestic and international travel inquiries from clients.
Communicate with clients through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Understand client travel requirements and suggest suitable travel packages.
Coordinate and arrange hotel bookings, transportation, and sightseeing services.
Manage bookings for cars, buses, and other travel-related transportation.
Plan complete travel itineraries as per client requirements and budget.
Assist clients with visa processing and documentation for international travel.
Handle flight ticket bookings for domestic and international destinations.
Coordinate meal plans and additional travel services as requested by clients.
Generate quotations and negotiate pricing with clients.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction before, during, and after travel.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, and payments.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Required Skills
Excellent English communication skills (Written & Verbal).
Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
Experience in hotel booking, flight booking, visa assistance, and travel package sales.
Ability to handle multiple clients and inquiries simultaneously.
Good computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Customer-oriented approach with a professional attitude.
