We are looking for a confident and motivated Telesales / Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound and/or handling inbound calls to promote and sell our products/services, generate leads, and build strong customer relationships.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Present and promote products/services over the phone
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
Handle objections professionally and close sales
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Follow call scripts and comply with company policies
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or call center roles (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
Target-driven and self-motivated
Ability to work under pressure
Basic computer skills and CRM knowledge
Fluent in [language(s)]
