🔹 About the Role

Softcryons is looking for confident and enthusiastic Telecallers to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and provide information about courses and services. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude. Freshers are welcome.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective students/clients

Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about courses

Explain course details, fees, and benefits clearly

Maintain call records and follow up on leads

Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

Coordinate with counselors and sales teams

Build and maintain good relationships with callers

Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication

🎯 Key Skills

Good verbal communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

Strong, convincing, and negotiation skills

Ability to handle objections politely

Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

🎓 Qualification

10+2 / Graduate (Any stream)

Experience in telecalling or sales preferred
