Position: Business Development Associate (BDA)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Identify and connect with potential customers (students & parents) via calls and meetings.
Pitch Arivihan’s online learning solutions and products.
Explain product features and benefits effectively to drive enrollments.
Handle objections and queries in a convincing and professional manner.
Meet sales targets and generate revenue for the company.
Maintain daily records of interactions and sales leads.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in sales and persuasion.
Good understanding of EdTech products is a plus.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Any graduate (Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of sales experience preferred).
Prior EdTech sales experience will be an added advantage.
