Own the top of the sales funnel by driving outreach to CHROs and senior HR leaders, setting qualified meetings for Amol (NUES­T leadership), and supporting acquisition through consistent pipeline management and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect & Outreach: Identify and engage CHROs via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.

Qualify & Schedule: Set up and qualify meetings for leadership with full context.

Pipeline Management: Maintain CRM accuracy, track outreach metrics, and report trends.

Collaboration: Coordinate with leadership on sales strategy and share market feedback.
