### Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented candidates for the position of Business Development Executive (BDE). The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills, along with an interest in sales, client relationship management, and business growth.
### Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, emails, and other business development activities.
- Identify and approach potential clients to promote company products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.
- Maintain client records and prepare daily activity reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
### Eligibility Criteria
- **Qualification:** Graduate in any discipline.
- **Experience:** Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
