Job Description

About the Role

As a Business Growth Executive, you will be responsible for selling Credit Samadhaan’s credit-focused services such as credit analysis, credit improvement/repair solutions, and onboarding partners (Credit Kendras). Your role will involve engaging with customers who are looking to improve their credit profile or start earning through our partner model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with leads interested in credit analysis, credit repair, and Credit Samadhaan Kendra onboarding

  • Explain Credit Samadhaan services clearly and ethically to customers

  • Convert qualified leads into paid customers or partners

  • Follow up with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email

  • Update lead status and conversations accurately in CRM

  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

  • Invite leads to webinars and credit awareness sessions and follow up for closures
