Telecaller – Key Responsibilities

  1. Making Outbound Calls

    • Call potential customers or leads from provided databases or lead lists.

    • Introduce the company’s products/services.

  2. Receiving Inbound Calls (if applicable)

    • Handle incoming queries or requests from customers.

    • Provide solutions or direct the call to relevant departments.

  3. Lead Qualification

    • Ask relevant questions to identify potential customers.

    • Categorize and prioritize leads based on interest and potential.

  4. Follow-Up Activities

    • Schedule and perform follow-up calls.

    • Send follow-up emails or messages where required.

  5. Sales & Promotion

    • Convince and convert prospects to sales (for sales-based roles).

    • Promote ongoing offers, services, or campaigns.

  6. Maintaining Records

    • Log all call details, feedback, and outcomes in CRM or spreadsheets.

    • Keep customer databases up-to-date.

  7. Feedback and Reporting

    • Report daily/weekly activity to supervisors.

    • Share feedback from customers with the relevant team.

  8. Customer Relationship Management

    • Build rapport with customers.

    • Handle objections or complaints calmly and professionally.
