JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES -
Engage with potential clients through cold calls, emails, market research, outbound outreach, LinkedIn, and other prospecting tools
Generate and qualify high-quality leads on a weekly/monthly basis as per targets
Utilize company-provided contact data (including inbound leads, digital marketing leads, and existing client databases) for prospecting
Independently research and generate new leads through online channels, industry networks, and self-initiated outreach
Qualify leads based on defined criteria and hand them off to the Business Relationship team
Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers and influencers
Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead data in the CRM system
Work closely with Business Relationship Managers to ensure smooth transition and conversion of leads
Prepare and share weekly reports on lead generation performance, lead quality, and engagement efforts
While the company will provide contact data and inbound leads, the role requires proactive outreach and independent lead generation to meet performance goals.
