Sales Executive
Job brief:
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our business.
Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role.
Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store’s profitability.
Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations, including order processing, quotations, and follow-ups.
Coordinate and communicate with clients regarding product inquiries, order status, and delivery schedules.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, and customer records.
Track sales targets, monitor performance, and share updates with management.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence related to sales inquiries.
Support the sales team during client meetings, exhibitions, or promotional events.
Ensure timely documentation of contracts, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
Liaise with logistics, accounts, and other internal departments for order fulfilment.
Maintain CRM databases and ensure all client information is up to date.
Provide after-sales support to clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements and skills :
Minimum of 1 years of experience in sales positions
Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
Proficient in MS Office and sales applications
Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Knowledgeable in current market regulation and trends
Bachelor’s degree or other similar fields
Understanding of the retail process
Familiarity with consumer behaviour principles
Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
Basic math skills
Track record of achieving sales quotas
Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
Flexibility to work shifts (In case required)
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support Executive, or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
Attention to detail with a customer-oriented approach
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
