About the Role:

We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated Business Development Executive to join our fast-growing stock broking and investment advisory team. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about the stock market who enjoy client interaction and business growth.

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, onboarding clients, promoting financial products, and helping individuals make informed investment decisions. This role offers exciting growth potential in one of the most dynamic sectors of the economy.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Identify and reach out to prospective retail, and corporate clients via cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Sales & Promotion: Promote our trading and investment products like equities, derivatives, mutual funds, IPOs, and more.

Client Onboarding: Assist new clients with account opening, KYC documentation, and onboarding on trading platforms.

Relationship Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to increase portfolio size and revenue.

Market Awareness: Keep updated with financial markets, stock trends, and new investment opportunities to provide informed recommendations.

Lead Management: Track, manage, and follow up on leads and ensure conversion within a defined time frame.

Target Achievement: Meet monthly targets related to new accounts, revenues, and product sales.

Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with the research, compliance, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or any related field. (MBA/PG in Finance is a plus.)

• 0–6 month of experience in financial services, stock broking, or investment sales. Freshers with strong market knowledge are welcome.

• Good understanding of financial markets, trading instruments, and wealth management.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a result-oriented mindset.

• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic trading platforms.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets consistently.
