Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to leads for services.

• Explain benefits of Demat accounts, share market services, and tailored investment solutions.

• Follow up with interested prospects, assist through account opening, and ensure a smooth client onboarding process.

• Log and update customer interactions and conversions accurately using CRM tools or spreadsheets.

• Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, conversions, and account sign-ups.

• Stay updated on market trends and product offerings to provide informed, professional guidance.

• Handle customer queries and objections effectively to facilitate conversions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: At least 12th pass; a Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.

• Communication: Excellent verbal skills in English (additional regional languages are a plus)

• Technical: Basic understanding of stock market operations and ability to explain trading benefits .

• Tools: Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) or MS Excel

• Traits: Target-driven mindset, persuasive communication, resilience under rejection, and strong organization .

Experience:

• Freshers are welcome—especially those with some background in telecalling, BPO, or customer service .

• Prior experience in financial services or trading-related roles is advantageous, though not mandatory .
