Stock Market Telecalling Executive / Telecaller – Brokerage & Advisory Services.
We're seeking a motivated Telecalling Executive to connect with prospective clients, promote Demat account services, and facilitate trading engagement. This role is ideal for those with strong communication skills, basic financial awareness, and a drive to meet targets.
Conduct outbound calls to leads for services.
Explain benefits of Demat accounts, share market services, and tailored investment solutions.
Follow up with interested prospects, assist through account opening, and ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
Log and update customer interactions and conversions accurately using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, conversions, and account sign-ups.
Stay updated on market trends and product offerings to provide informed, professional guidance.
Handle customer queries and objections effectively to facilitate conversions.
Education: At least 12th pass; a Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
Communication: Excellent verbal skills in English (additional regional languages are a plus)
Technical: Basic understanding of stock market operations and ability to explain trading benefits .
Tools: Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) or MS Excel
Traits: Target-driven mindset, persuasive communication, resilience under rejection, and strong organization .
Freshers are welcome—especially those with some background in telecalling, BPO, or customer service .
Prior experience in financial services or trading-related roles is advantageous, though not mandatory .
