We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving business growth through sales and outreach activities.
✔ Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and online research
✔ Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
✔ Explain company products/services to clients clearly and confidently
✔ Schedule meetings, present proposals, and negotiate deals
✔ Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
✔ Track sales activities and maintain CRM/database
✔ Achieve monthly targets and contribute to team goals
✔ Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients
✔ Strong communication & interpersonal skills
✔ Good convincing & negotiation ability
✔ Basic understanding of sales processes
✔ Ability to handle client queries professionally
✔ Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident
✔ Comfortable with fieldwork (if required)
✔ Knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace is an advantage
