Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Female Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The role involves converting pre-qualified leads generated through our website and online platforms into enrolments for astrology courses or consultations. This is a consultative sales role requiring empathy, communication skills, and a passion for wellness or spirituality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with inbound leads from the website, social media, and other digital platforms.

• Explain Asttrolok’s courses and services clearly and confidently to potential clients.

• Understand client requirements and guide them toward suitable offerings.

• Follow up with interested leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

• Maintain and update lead details in CRM software.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly conversion targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support.

Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred (as per team diversity goals).

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or tele-counseling (experience in edtech, health, or wellness is a plus).

• Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English.

• Confident, patient, and persuasive personality.

• Basic understanding or interest in astrology is a plus.

• Ability to work with CRM tools and basic computer systems.
