We are looking for a highly motivated B2B Sales & Business Development Executive with

1+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong connections

with HR professionals and co-founders, a proven aggressive sales approach, and

exceptional communication skills. Experience in business development, client acquisition,

and working with consultancies is essential. The candidate should have a solid understanding

of diverse industries to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead business development efforts to acquire new clients

 Build and maintain strong relationships with HR professionals and co-founders

 Utilize an aggressive sales approach to achieve targets and expand business

 Demonstrate deep knowledge of various industries to drive solutions

 Work with consultancy teams to tailor offerings to client needs

Qualifications:
