
Business Development Executive – Accounting & Compliance Services
Location- Secotr-63, Noida
· Identify and approach potential clients (startups, SMEs, professionals).
· Promote services: accounting, taxation, payroll, GST, ROC, compliance.
· Understand client needs and recommend suitable plans.
· Conduct meetings/presentations (in-person/virtual).
· Prepare proposals, quotations, and agreements.
· Negotiate pricing and close sales.
· Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding.
· Maintain leads, pipeline, and achieve sales targets.
· Ensure client satisfaction and retention.
· Strong communication and convincing ability.
· Basic knowledge of accounting, taxation, GST, TDS, ROC.
· Sales mindset with negotiation skills.
· Relationship management and customer handling.
· Comfortable with CRM tools, Excel, and email communication.
· Graduate in Commerce/Business/Accounting/Finance.
· MBA (Marketing/Finance) preferred.
· 1–5 years in sales/business development
· Experience in CA firms, accounting, consultancy, or compliance services preferred.
· Fixed salary + incentives
· Growth opportunities and exposure to compliance ecosystem
· Confident, target-driven, client-focused
· Skilled in building trust and long-term relationships
· Interested in professional services sales
Salary: ₹25K–30K (fixed) + incentives
👉 Flat 3% incentive above ₹2 lakh target
👉 Each conversion can generate ₹20K–₹50K revenue
👉 Incentives ₹9K–₹24K on crossing ₹2 lakh target
🕒 Training: 1 week provided (Paid)
