We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our IT Sales
team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities,
generating leads, nurturing prospects, and closing deals for custom IT solutions. While the
company will provide qualified leads, the BDE is expected to proactively develop additional
business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and digital
channels.
• Work on both self-generated and company-provided leads to maintain a healthy
sales pipeline.
• Understand client needs and present relevant custom IT solutions (web, mobile,
software development).
• Conduct product demos, requirement discussions, and sales presentations.
• Collaborate with the technical team for proposal creation, solution design, and
project scoping.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups to drive deals towards closure.
• Update CRM, track interactions, and submit weekly sales reports.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
Job Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in IT Sales / Software Sales / SaaS / Custom Development
Sales.
Strong understanding of IT services, SDLC, and solution-based selling.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand client requirements and propose the right solutions.
Goal-driven with strong follow-up discipline.
Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage.
