Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential customers to promote our products/services.

• Understand customer needs and provide tailored recommendations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with individual clients.

• Meet or exceed sales targets through customer interactions.

• Execute promotional campaigns and upsell opportunities effectively.

• Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns to ensure satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.

• Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to enhance offers.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Persuasive and customer-oriented approach to sales.

• Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently.

• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward achieving goals.

• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.
