In this role, you will be the voice of OMG Mediawork, proactively reaching out to prospects, sparking meaningful conversations, and turning cold calls into warm business opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Make daily outbound calls to prospective clients with confidence and clarity

  • Pitch OMG Mediawork's services in a compelling and engaging manner

  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings for the business team

  • Follow up diligently and maintain a healthy, active lead pipeline

  • Maintain accurate call logs and update lead records consistently

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong persuasion and objection-handling ability

  • High energy and resilience (comfortable with a heavy daily call volume)

  • Fluent in English and Hindi

  • Basic proficiency in MS Office or Google Sheets

  • Minimum 2 years of experience
