Role Objective

To generate and convert leads into customers for LED display solutions by effective calling, follow-ups, and maintaining accurate CRM records, ensuring consistent sales growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Call all assigned leads daily and understand customer requirements to pitch LED display solutions effectively.

• Ensure timely follow-ups with interested prospects to maintain engagement and increase conversion chances.

• Convert qualified leads into confirmed orders by sharing product details, pricing, and proposals.

• Handle basic customer objections related to price, quality, and service confidently.

• Achieve monthly sales targets through consistent calling, follow-ups, and closures.

• Update every lead status in CRM software accurately without missing any lead.

• Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, conversions, and pipeline stages.

• Track and manage lead pipeline (New, Follow-up, Converted, Lost) to ensure no opportunity is missed.

• Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and timely delivery.

• Share daily reports on calls, follow-ups, and sales progress with the reporting manager.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Basic understanding of sales process

Qualifications

• Graduate (any field)

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred
