Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business.
Schedule and coordinate client appointments for the Sr. Manager.
Follow up with clients and ensure timely communication and updates.
Draft and send professional emails and maintain client records.
Coordinate with internal teams and branches for smooth operations.
Assist in achieving business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development / Client Servicing / Customer Handling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and email correspondence.
Organized, confident, and target oriented.
