we are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Admission Counselor who will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing accurate program information, and converting leads into enrollments. The role requires strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and the ability to build relationships with students and parents.
Key Responsibilities
Student Counseling & Conversion
Counsel prospective students via calls, emails, and in-person meetings
Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
Follow up on leads and convert them into admissions
Maintain a high conversion ratio and achieve enrollment targets
Lead Management
Handle inbound and outbound leads effectively
Maintain accurate data in CRM systems
Track and manage the complete admission funnel
Admission Process Handling
Guide students through application, documentation, and enrollment process
Ensure timely submission of forms and fees
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with students and parents
Address queries related to courses, fees, career prospects, etc.
Provide a positive counseling experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in any discipline
1 - 4 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or inside sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
Target-oriented and self-motivated

Experience in EdTech / Education industry
Familiarity with CRM tools
