Business Development Executive
Job Summary
A BDE in our software development company plays a vital role in the sales and customer relationship management process. As the initial point of contact for potential clients, the BDE is responsible for making outbound calls to generate leads, qualify prospects, and engage with existing clients to promote our software development services. The role requires effective communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a focus on achieving sales targets and fostering positive client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead generation through cold calling, email outreach, and online research.
• Made connected calls daily to engage potential clients and generate leads.
• Manage client communication, CRM, and follow-ups via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Send Proposals and other Business-related documents.
• Execute online marketing campaigns and support business expansion strategies.
• Negotiate deals and build long-term client relationships.
• Should be conversant of using any AI, preferably ChatGPT and MS Excel, Word, & CRM.
